Would you like to change your reality? Part IV

Yes it can be done!
In our original discussion of Quantum Mechanics, we spoke about the concept that in the absence of an observer there is no reality. This implied that conscious awareness was an integral part of the ability to create reality. In other words, in order for reality to exist, there first had to be an ability to perceive reality. Thus one needed to be able to perceive reality in order to conceive it and participate in its creation by active observation.
In order to have a mechanism there would have to be some implied connection between consciousness and the forces and probabilities (subatomic particles) through quantum entanglement. Now we have this evidence, not only through the presence of the mirror neurons, but through the mechanisms we discussed more fully in the intent article.
Thus connection between consciousness and reality is managed through intent. It seems as if the intent is able to connect with the probabilities (subatomic particles) which are arranged into potential probabilities (potential outcome or summation of probabilities of cumulative subatomic particles). Intent is in this way able to affect outcomes.
In fact, I have observed behavior where an individual was once bending spoons. It seemed as if he bent the spoons by simply turning them between his fingers, using a minimal amount of pressure. It seems to require as much effort as managing silly putty. This activity would usually be considered as paranormal in some circles. I asked the young man how he did it. He explained that he simply visualized it as already done, then he actually manifested the feeling by intent that it was already done.
Thus it seems that intent lines up the probability of the reality of the outcome, allowing access to this probability. The component of feeling it already done completes the event.
Is it possible for the average person to access and train intent?
