I am hopeful that I provided enough foundation in Part I to show that if the United State chooses to respond at a Level Zero or Level One understanding of connectivity to Iran, this would lead to an escalation in animosity between the two countries.  Any U.S. activity at the level of “me” versus “you” or “us” versus” them” will produce this escalation.

 To prevent this, the United States must respond from a Level One to Level Two understanding of connectivity and transition from any “us” vs. “them” mentality.

Any action from this level will produce a response at the same level. Think of this in the same way as wavelengths of energy: a Level Zero may be associated with certain wavelengths and a Level two other wavelengths.

In any relationship, when there is stimulation of understanding on one side at a Level Zero, this stimulates certain wavelengths that resonate with the same wavelengths on the other side i.e. Level Zero.  Likewise stimulation of understanding at a Level Two triggers a different set of equivalent wavelengths and creates a different resonance at Level Two on the other side. Remember this always: The connectivity underlying all things will ensure that any expression at ANY level stimulates its equivalent on the other side.

American leaders must recognize Iran as being the same as itself. Leaders in the United States will have to see the world and the entire universe as One. The United States must respond from a high Level One to Level Two understanding and encourage this higher perspective to the general population.Then the collective consciousness in the populace will be able to determine the reality that manifests in the country. This will be as they do currently, but the reality will be different.
