Quantum mechanics is based on underlying connectivity and the events or outcomes are determined by choice. The underlying connectivity means there is no “effect” that we create that we do not experience. This is so whether the effect is created for someone else or for your own self. There is essentially from a QM perspective no difference between you and your neighbor. Additionally being connected means that inevitably there is only one system or for all intents and purposes only one.

This creates the following net effect that you experience what you create for others since you are connected to them. It also means that all attempts to make local change will be resisted. This reflected naturally by Newton’s first and second laws. These laws reflect the fact that there are no closed systems but one single open system and that if one tries to make a local change the system resists. (This is a little bit of physics but is not really necessary to understand the concept.)

If you are Republican you see the Iraq war as something that is being done to segments of the Iraq society to bring about change to modify behavior so that the members of the society will treat each other differently.

If you are a Democrat you see the war as something being done to other people who have nothing to do with us and who have prevented us from concentrating on ourselves.

Both of these are Level zero and Level one perspectives which sees everything in separation complete or partial. These Level zero and Level one perspectives lead to the following.

Troops are placed in Iraq, in the mode of separation. Connectivity requires that any exchange is also from separation. Thus whatever the troops do there will be resistance if they act in separation as the entire system will resist according to the Newton’s Law application. Further incremental increase will be met with infinitely more resistance.
If they are removed in separation the reaction will also will be in separation as the will results acts of separation felt through connectivity. Level zero and Level one behavior will lead to Level one and Level zero experiences.

In fact responding with Level zero and Level one thinking and perception will result in experiencing the outcome in that level. One can only change the experience of the outcome and experience unity with the Iraqi by having Level two thinking and perception. Level two thinking and perception will lead to Level two experiences.
