We previously discussed how the idea of perspective of self vs. non-self (environment) creates the perspective of consciousness. This idea will be taken further in this current discussion. Consciousness holds the possibility and probability states from which actuality arises. Consciousness tests the presence or the absence of a particular state. This can be stated simply as is vs. is not. Is and is not when dealt with an oscillating state of alternation increases to the blended state of is/is not which is the state of potentiality as the frequency of oscillation increases. In simple words the “is” state blends with the “is not” state as the frequency of oscillation increases.

Energy represents the fluctuation between the is and is not states. Fluctuation requires a plane in which to do this. If one desires to compare two attributes then a second plane is required to test another is and is not state. In electromagnetic radiation there are two planes of is/is not oscillations at right angles to each other. The higher the frequency of oscillation the more it matches the combination of is/is not state which represents the potential state. This is literally a state of no thing. In other words there is no is nor is there is not. Only the possibility of is and is not exists.

The interaction of two of these fields of oscillating is/is not states provides a diffraction pattern that defines a holographic representation of the is or is not state. This is much the same as when two light waves come together and make a bright spot and a dark spot. When they is/is not oscillation is maximizing frequency the blend of the dark spot and bright spot is normal level light. This holographic interaction creates the event and the energy oscillations carry back information about the event.

Therefore energy may seem to be a communication about the state of is or is not that is chosen to manifest through the “collapse of a probability state” into actuality. Thus energy is the way through which consciousness manifests its choices. The level of manifestation is in the order of the level of understanding Level zero, Level one or Level two.
